🎬 Deadly Deception Cover Reveal

Happy New Year and a Cover Reveal. 2018 has whizzed past and is now in the vault. Is it just me, or are the years speeding up? Before this one gets away on me, let me start it by wishing you a healthy 2019 filled with serenity, laughter and good friends.

The first new book in The Gift Legacy has been a long time coming. Today I’m pleased to reveal the cover for Deadly Deception, which is dropping on January 8th. The cover is designed by JD&J Book Cover Design. Deadly Deception is book 5 in the series. It’s brand new and continues on from book 4, Lethal Waters (formerly titled Penance).

Your cover love has been a very special Christmas gift, for which I am grateful. Please accept a heartfelt thank you to everyone who voted for Secret Sky in Kobo’s Cover Contest 2018.

Hearty congratulations to international best-selling author Adam Croft whose book cover for The Indie Author Mindset came out on top. Adam Croft writes thrillers, mysteries and self-help books. He’s sold more than a million books to date.

Given the competition, I’m pretty happy to report that Secret Sky’s cover came in second overall, and it placed first in the Sci-Fi/Fantasy category. Congratulations and a special thank you to the design team at JD&J Book Cover Design.

As you know—and thanks again to everyone who voted for it—Secret Sky won best 2018 cover in the sci-fi/fantasy category at Kobo Writing Life. Kudos to the talented folks at JD&J Book Cover Design! And because Secret Sky was a category winner (woo hoo!) it’s now in the running for best cover overall. So, here we go again!

Secret Sky is now competing against the other category winners and runners-up for Best Overall Cover 2018. I’d appreciate your support again. It takes but a moment to vote.
